Short version: we collect what we need to price your car and come and get it. It goes to the company buying the car and to nobody who wants to sell you something.
This site is operated by Blue Ribbon Auto Sales LLC, trading as TrackWala, 2627 W Birchwood Cir, Ste 1, Mesa, AZ 85202. We are a direct vehicle buyer, licensed as a dealer in Arizona. California Wrecked Cars is our site for the California market. It is the same company, not a referral partner, which matters here because it means your details are not travelling between two businesses.

None of this is required to browse the site. It is collected when you choose to ask for an offer.
We do not run advertising on this site, so nothing here is building a profile to sell you something else. The tags are there so we know which of our own ads are worth paying for.
Four places, and no others.
The company buying your car, which is us. When you submit a VIN here you are handed to TrackWala's own offer flow at trackwala.com to finish, and the vehicle record is created there. Same company, same obligations as on this page.
The vehicle record and your contact details are held in the third-party platform we use to price vehicles and manage purchases. It processes the data on our instructions and does not use it for anything of its own.
Analytics and Ads measurement only, through the tags described above. Google receives the browsing data, not your VIN, your name or your phone number.
When a pickup is arranged, the driver gets what they need to find the vehicle and complete the collection, which is the address, your name and your number. Not your full enquiry.
What we do not do. We do not sell your information. We do not rent it. We do not auction your vehicle to a pool of third-party bidders, so your details are not distributed to buyers you have never spoken to in order to generate competing offers. We do not share your enquiry with other vehicle buyers, lead brokers or marketing lists.
For as long as the purchase requires, and then for as long as our record-keeping obligations as a licensed vehicle dealer require us to keep a record of the transaction. Enquiries that never became a purchase are kept while there is a realistic prospect of the seller coming back to us, and are not kept indefinitely.
California residents have the right to know what personal information a business has collected about them, to ask for it to be deleted, to ask for inaccurate information to be corrected, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are used in California law, so there is nothing to opt out of, but the other rights apply and we will honor them.
To make a request, email john@trackwala.com or call (602) 559-1918 and say what you want. We may need to confirm you are the person whose details we hold before we act, which usually means matching what you tell us against the enquiry already on file. We will not treat you differently for asking.
The analytics and advertising cookies described above can be refused in your browser settings, and Google publishes its own opt-out. Refusing them does not stop you using this site or getting an offer. Nothing on this site requires a cookie to function.
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, tell us and we will delete it.
If this policy changes in a way that affects what we do with information already collected, we will say so here rather than quietly amend it.
One thing this page is not. It is a description of what we actually do, written plainly. It is not legal advice, and it does not change any right you have under California or federal law. If something here appears to conflict with those rights, those rights win.
